A new jungle safari project is all ready to open in Sharjah’s Al Dhaid area this November, His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has announced.
Around 130,000 trees have been planted to create this new home for several different animals, Sheikh Sultan said in a call to the Al Khat Al Mubashed TV show.
The safari is expected to use up to 50,000 cubic meters of water every day. To ensure that the project remains eco-friendly, recycled water shall be supplied to meet this need.
